NCL Singrauli: On Saturday, CMD, NCL Shri B. Sairam along with Director (Personnel) Shri Manish Kumar, visited the Dudhichua OCP. 

They engaged with Team Dudhichua consisting of Officers, Supervisors, Operators and Maintenance staff as well as the operators & supervisory crew of business partners at the West Section’s time office canteen. Shri Sairam spoke passionately about the importance of taking pride in one’s work and how each team member’s contribution is vital to the company’s success. 

He underscored the team NCL’s essential role in securing the nation’s energy needs and encouraged everyone to boost production in the coming months, all while prioritizing safety.

Shri Manish Kumar DP, NCL, stressed the importance of a ‘safety first’ mindset and promoting a transparent, open work culture across all levels.

The General Manager of Dudhichua Area, Shri B. K. Singh along with senior officials of HQ and Project also remain present.
